About The Event

Join the Coastlove Big Pine Changemakers, the National Key Deer Refuge, and the Florida Keys Wildlife Society for a cleanup at Long Beach Drive in Big Pine Key!

Volunteers will meet at 9:00 AM on March 4th and clean until 12:00 PM. Reusable bags, gloves, hand sanitizer, and water will be provided. Don't forget to bring your reusable bottle to refill. We will not be handing out bottles of water or cups, but we will have water available!

Note, volunteers will need to wade through shallow water to get to the beach.  Clothing recommendations and tips are provided below. All are welcome but if you are planning to bring small children, be advised that we will be wading through shallow water to get to the cleanup site.
